Our Troy office is conveniently located just .8 miles from The Somerset Collection, keeping the employees in style.
The Lansing office windows overlook the front steps of the Capitol building, so we know when the House and Senate are in session.
- “Behind every great man there are… 7 great women!”
The hiring of John Bailey’s seventh employee in 1997 tipped the employee ratio in the women’s favor (4-3) and the females have held the lead ever since. The tally now stands at six men and 20 full-time women on staff.
- “Locked Out”
The six male employees of JB&A lose more bathroom keys each month than the 23 female employees ever have.
- “Stanley Who?”
The staff at JB&A provides clients with more years of combined public relations experience than Steve Yzerman has goals.
- “You’re Hired!”
To be considered for employment at JB&A you must correctly answer the following two questions at the end of your interview: 1) Who is number #19 on the Detroit Red Wings; 2) Do you like cookies?

Although there is an age difference of almost 40 years between JB&A’s youngest and oldest employee, you can’t tell who’s who by their vibrant attitudes!
